Create an account on the Online Application.
You may save it and review the application form any time before submitting.

The online application requires a USD$75 fee.
Payment must be made by wire transfer, check or credit card. The candidate must present proof of payment.

Requirements

All documents must be original or certified and submitted before the application deadline via the Online Application

The MD program requires submission of the following:

  • Copy of identification document (cedula or passport)
  • Two photos 2×2
  • Birth certificate
  • High School diploma
  • High school transcript – minimum average of 2.5 points or its equivalent
  • Transcript of other studies (if applicable)
  • Good conduct certificate or “No criminal record” (does not apply to minors)
  • Medical certificate and copy of vaccination record
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation signed and sealed. One letter must be from a faculty member of your school. Letters from family members are not accepted. These are sent directly to O&Med or via email [email protected]
  • Results obtained in the Berlitz English Test (required for the english MD program)

Optional documents that will be taken into account:

  • SAT or equivalent
  • TOEFL

An additional English course may be offered to strengthen the language.

Interview

The interview process initiates for shortlisted candidates.

These applicants will be contacted to schedule the date and information about the day itself. The interviews are 15-30 minute conversations with the Director of the School and a member of the Advisory Board.

All interviews during the 2020-2021 periods will be conducted via video call.

Applicants will receive a confirmation email from the Admissions Office with a receipt of the completed Online Application form.

The Admissions Office reserves the right to request for further documentation; applicants may be contacted to provide these documents.

All applicants will be notified of the final decision.

Observations

O&M Medical School welcomes national and international students.

The Admissions Committee reserves the right to evaluate each student based on merit and recommend a preparatory course, if necessary.

  • Use your full legal name. Do not use nicknames or abbreviations as this information will be used for your official School records should you be admitted to the MD program. If you have a passport, enter your name as it appears. Should you have any problems or questions regarding this application form please contact our Admissions Office for more information.
  • You can only fill out and submit one application form. You can save it and review it anytime if the form has not yet been submitted. Therefore, make sure that all information given is correct and complete before you submit your application. Once the form has been submitted, it cannot be modified.
  • Your application will be formally submitted by clicking the "submit" button. The date of submission will be used for prioritization purposes. Follow the steps to make the payment of the application fee.
